Red Book Valuation

I am a registered valuer and carry out Red Book valuations on all property types. 

Red Book valuations are necessary for Government Help to Buy Schemes, Matrimonial matters and for Inheritance Tax and Probate purposes. A valuation may also be needed for Personal finance purposes. 

Red Book valuations will be carried out to provide you with a market value of the property with any significant defects identified which will have an impact on the properties value. It is however not a survey of any kind and is a valuation inspection only.
